Client Requirements:
To begin a project, clients must provide:
- Business name and niche
- Product links or product category
- Logo, brand colors, and preferred styles (if any)
- Shopify login credentials or email to invite as collaborator

Delivery Time:
Standard delivery ranges from 3 to 7 business days, depending on project complexity and prompt communication. Larger or highly customized stores may require more time.
Revisions Policy:
We offer two rounds of free minor revisions. Major layout or structural changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Payments & Refunds:
- Full payment is required before we begin work
- All payments are non-refundable once the project has started.
- Payment methods include Payoneer, Western Union and direct bank transfer (details provided on request).
Support Policy:
We offer ongoing monthly support packages that include:
- Bug fixes
- Content updates

- Technical maintenance
